These terms describe the basic rules for using InsuranceAI. Have qualified counsel review them before commercial launch.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials, and activity under your workspace. Paid features follow the plan and billing terms shown at signup. You may stop renewal through the billing controls available in your account. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

Customer responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and only for business purposes you are authorized to conduct. You are responsible for permissions, notices, consent, and retention decisions for customer information placed in the CRM or collected through a published website.

AI and insurance decisions

AI features assist with administrative workflows and may be incomplete or incorrect. They do not provide binding quotes, coverage determinations, legal advice, or underwriting decisions. Licensed professionals remain responsible for advice and customer outcomes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, provider outages, and network events can interrupt access. We may update features and these terms; material changes should be communicated through the service or account email.
