Information we handle

We process account details such as name, email, organization, and subscription state. Customers may add leads, policies, messages, appointments, and website content to their workspace. We also collect basic request and diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, route support requests, maintain security, process billing through configured providers, and improve reliability. AI requests are controlled by the selected provider, workspace settings, and plan limits. Review provider terms before enabling an integration.

Spam prevention on contact forms

When enabled, the public support form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to assess whether a submission is automated. Google may process the visitor’s IP address, browser information, and interaction signals for this purpose. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to that processing.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics in Privacy settings, InsuranceAI loads Google Analytics 4 on our public marketing pages, help center, and resources to understand page visits. Google may receive page URLs, referrer information, and basic browser or device data. The Google Analytics tag does not load when you reject optional analytics. You can change your choice using Privacy settings at any time. Agency-published websites use their own analytics connections.

Access, retention, and choices

Workspace administrators control team access and should only invite people who need it. Data is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Contact us to ask about access, correction, export, or deletion.

Security and contact

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a hosted software service, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Report suspected account issues promptly through our contact form.
